“ This restaurant is a hidden gym with amazing views. The food was different and absolutely fantastic! I didn’t get a picture of their biscuits and gravy, but it was extremely tasty. I had never had French toast with a crispy cornflake crust on them, but it was amazing! I was a little bit confused on the pricing of the avocado toast because I thought I was going to pay 16 for the avocado toast With the addition of smoked salmon, but I had to pay 12 extra for the salmon so it ended up being much more expensive than I thought. The Lobster Benedict (which is what I drove there for because it looked amazing ) was OK, but not nearly as flavorful as I had hoped it would be.... and for 30, It definitely didn’t really feel worth that price. All in all, we were very impressed with this establishment. They are a little pricey, but I feel very worth it. ** I think most people are under-rating the price of this restaurant because the biscuits and gravy are 20 and if you add seafood to your avocado toast, it’s 28 and the lobster Benedict was 30. I would say more accurate price is 20-30 a person ”
“ We went to this place as it was closer to the stay and we were not disappointed the food was great and the service was quick. The staff were friendly, we had to wait about 30 min or so as they didn’t seat anyone outside. We tried the French toast, garden omelette and toast, avacado toast with micro greens, croissant and egg sandwich with cheese. All the items were great and the pricing was okay. ”
“ We were very pleased with our experience at Beachview! Our server Ana Raquel came over quickly to greet us with a big smile! She was friendly and welcoming. We ordered Eggs Benedict for breakfast and it was exactly what we were expecting. From our perspective the views were great, the atmosphere was cheerful and the service was warm & welcoming! ”
“ We had about an hour wait to get a table. To be fair it was a busy Sunday morning on a beautiful sunny day. Just be prepared to wait if you walk in. I’m unsure if they take reservations. Almost all of the seating here is outdoors and shaded with an OK view of the ocean. Some of the view is blocked by buildings. I had the biscuits and gravy plate with a side of hash browns. The side orders are expensive with my hash browns being 7 for a tiny portion. This place definitely isn’t the cheapest but the food is good. I enjoyed the biscuits very much and the bacon was delicious. Definitely a must try breakfast restaurant but only once. Due to the very long wait times and super limited seating I would say once you’ve had it you don’t need it again. Delicious food that comes with a high price tag and a long wait. ”
“ What a diamond in the rough ,beautiful setting and delicious food! We had the eggs Benedict with the side order of hashbrowns absolutely delicious! I can't remember our waitresses name but she was Asian and she was absolutely amazing very professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable of the menu! I highly recommend this place! ”
“ Too bad it was so cold this week. This place would be so much nicer on a warm day with the windows opened or being able to sit outside to enjoy the view. However, we had great service and good food. Recommend original eggs benedict and the croissant sandwich, which was huge with both bacon and sausage. They also serve great coffee! ”
“ JANUARY 18 SATURDAY 10:08 AM BARTENDER: NICOLE This place is less than 2 years old and is next to the public beach access. Parking - this place has plenty of free parking including several spots covered and is wheelchair accessible. The cocktail menu ( see picture) is the biggest I have ever seen. My bartender said she was the creator of this drink menu. Nicole gave me world class service. *Pineapple margarita - this drink was outstanding! I got mine with the Pilagro reposado. Highly recommended if Nicole is working. *Biscuits & Gravy - the gravy is soooo flavorful. I haven't tasted gravy this good since I was young child. The biscuits & gravy are served with 2 fried eggs,a sausage patty, two slices of bacon and a fruit cup. It's amazing how hot (temperature) the eggs were. The biscuits are delicious along with the bacon. I would not normally order biscuits & gravy but I was so happy I did. This place has plenty of outdoor seating when the weather is nice and most of that seating is covered. The seating indoors is approximately 50 seats including the bar which has approximately 10 seats. The one suggestion I would recommend I have is the bar seats are very hard and in my opinion are uncomfortable. If you find yourself visiting okoloosa island be sure to check this place out. This was such an unexpected pleasant surprise ”
“ We had such a lovely time! Our server was so sweet and called us lovelies! We arrived Sunday at 9AM and there was no wait. Once we left there was a wait. The people running this place are exceptional. It was the first good meal we had on our trip and we only had one day left! The food is worth the wait! Bottomless mimosas 24 each. ”
